What file types can I send?
STL, STEP, STP, OBJ, and 3MF are welcome. You can also send photos, sketches, reference images, and PDFs for a custom design.
How is pricing determined?
Every project is reviewed for size, material, finish, quantity, and complexity. We’ll send a final quote before any work begins.
How long does printing take?
Turnaround depends on the part and current queue. Share your deadline and we’ll let you know what is realistic.
Is there a minimum order?
No — single prototypes and replacement parts are welcome, alongside small-batch orders.
Can you keep my project confidential?
Yes. Let us know if your project is sensitive and we’ll discuss the right confidentiality approach before proceeding.
Can you revise a CAD design?
Yes. CAD projects include a preview step so you can review the direction before the final part is printed.
Can you print any item?
We only produce work that customers own or are authorized to reproduce, and we cannot take on prohibited or unsafe items.
